Toronto City Opera | NTGA Spring Art Walk | La Musica

In late February I was invited to attend the last performance of Don Giovanni at the Bickford Centre in Toronto.

My pal, Lawrence Wraith was performing.

Lawrence has been diligently honing his craft. Vocal coaches, rehearsals and a rigid schedule while working at various other jobs. Hard work pays off. It was the first time I had heard Lawrence sing and was immensely impressed.

Regarding la musica!

You may love this album as much as I do.
It is soulful, funk. The arrangement is brilliant.  Check it out!

Black Messiah by D’Angelo:

I’m still trying to choose my new theme song. Everyone should have one!!

Cheers,

Simone
